Hudl is seeking an HR Operations & Compliance Trainee to support local compliance and audits for their team in Spain. This role involves managing essential administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with local labor requirements.

In this role, you will support the HR Operations team by managing essential administrative tasks related to compliance and audits. You will coordinate and collect necessary data for payroll, health and safety, and time management. You will assist in ensuring that the company meets local labor requirements, which is critical for supporting the team of over 100 employees in Spain. You will be involved in responding to audits and helping to navigate the complexities of local compliance needs. Your contributions will help the team stay ahead of the curve as Hudl continues to grow rapidly.
