Coupang is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead global IT transformation initiatives. You'll collaborate with various business teams to define and implement technical requirements. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in IT transformation.
You have over 5 years of experience in technical program management, particularly in IT transformation projects. Your background includes working closely with cross-functional teams to define and streamline business requirements, ensuring that technical solutions align with organizational goals. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to perform functional and technical data analysis effectively. You are adept at communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. Your hands-on approach to problem-solving enables you to drive engineering teams towards successful implementation of projects. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance business processes and improve customer experiences.
Experience in e-commerce or related industries is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You have a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and can demonstrate your ability to lead teams through complex transformations. A background in data analysis or system architecture would be beneficial, as would any certifications in project management methodologies.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading global IT transformation initiatives at Coupang. Collaboration is key, as you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives. You will play a critical role in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
