HubSpot is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to engage with small to medium-sized businesses in the Nordics. You'll utilize proactive and inbound selling strategies to drive customer growth and platform usage. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales position.
You have 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed targets consistently. Your fluency in English is complemented by knowledge of a Nordic language, which is a bonus for this position. You thrive in complex selling environments and have a proven track record of engaging with C-level executives and department leaders. Your experience in digital transformation and change management allows you to act as a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them navigate their growth journey with HubSpot.
You are skilled in developing and executing your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plans. Your proactive approach to finding new prospects, whether through inbound leads or self-sourced opportunities, sets you apart. You understand the importance of building relationships and selling through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive approach to closing deals.
Your collaborative nature shines through as you work closely with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategies in line with new features and products. You are comfortable running qualification calls and product demonstrations, both online and occasionally in person, showcasing your ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
While not required, experience with HubSpot's platform will give you an edge in understanding the tools and resources available to your clients. A background in sales within the tech industry is also advantageous, as it equips you with insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by businesses in this space.
