What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key member of the Equity Swaps team, working on the Total Return Swaps platform. You will engage in the full software development lifecycle, from understanding user requirements to designing, developing, and deploying solutions. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and ensuring that your applications meet performance and security standards.

You will collaborate closely with product managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will also work with other engineers to implement features and resolve any technical challenges that arise during development. Your role will involve continuous improvement of the platform, including optimizing existing features and implementing new functionalities based on user feedback.

You will participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions about architecture and design decisions. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and debugging issues in production, ensuring that the platform remains reliable and efficient.
