You have a strong background in operations and logistics, ideally with experience in sales enablement or a related field. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail. You are passionate about scaling programs and have a knack for knowledge management, ensuring that all customer-facing teams have access to the right information at the right time. Desirable

Experience in a technology company or a fast-paced environment is a plus. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies will help you hit the ground running. A background in project management or operations management will also be beneficial as you navigate the logistics of new programs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and implement logistics and operations for new enablement programs created by the global sales enablement team. This includes creating enrollments, managing cohorts, and scheduling communications for live enablement sessions. You will partner with various teams to gather requirements for dashboarding and tooling needs, ensuring that the deliverables are user-tested and meet quality standards. Your role will involve supporting the training and scaling of these programs, making sure that all customer-facing teams are equipped with the necessary tools and information to succeed. You will also play a crucial role in measuring the effectiveness of these programs and making recommendations for improvements.
