What you'll do

As the Director Cloud Solution Architect - Azure, you will lead a team of Cloud Solution Architects dedicated to empowering customers through their cloud journeys. You will set the strategic direction for your team, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional support and guidance to clients leveraging Azure and other Microsoft solutions. Your role will involve orchestrating efforts across various teams to drive digital transformation initiatives that align with customer needs.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the customer experience — this includes creating support offers that resonate with clients and drive engagement. You will work closely with your team to ensure they are well-versed in the latest Azure features and capabilities, enabling them to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
