HelloFresh is hiring a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations in their Mississauga distribution center. You'll be responsible for inventory management and ensuring compliance with KPIs. This role requires strong leadership skills and a focus on operational efficiency.
You have experience in warehouse operations and a proven track record of leading teams effectively. You understand the importance of inventory management and are committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the warehouse. You are skilled at motivating and developing team members, providing them with the guidance they need to succeed. You are detail-oriented and capable of analyzing processes to identify areas for improvement. You thrive in a structured environment and are adept at meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
As the Warehouse Lead, you will organize and maintain inventory and stock control, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently. You will supervise the receiving, staging, and shipping activities of the warehouse team, maintaining a high degree of visibility and access to employees on the warehouse floor. You will lead by example, training and coaching your team to foster a positive work environment. You will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of warehouse systems and equipment, arranging for maintenance and repairs as necessary. You will be responsible for accurate reporting of data to generate established KPIs and will continuously develop your team through coaching and feedback.
HelloFresh offers a competitive pay rate of $23.75 CAD per hour for this in-person role. You will work Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, allowing for a consistent schedule.
