Flex is seeking a Vice President of Emerging SMB Growth and Channel Strategy to lead the strategy and performance of their high-velocity customer segment. This role requires deep experience in scaled sales motions and channel sales programs, particularly within FinTech or SaaS.
You have extensive experience in leading sales strategies, particularly in high-velocity customer segments. Your background includes managing outsourced sales ecosystems and optimizing partner performance to drive predictable unit acquisition. You are analytical and operationally excellent, with a proven ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partner teams. Your experience in FinTech, PropTech, or SaaS equips you with the insights needed to navigate complex sales environments effectively.

As the Vice President of Emerging SMB Growth and Channel Strategy, you will own the strategy and performance of Flex’s smallest but highest-velocity customer segment. You will lead the scaling of a multi-vendor, outsourced sales ecosystem, focusing on driving efficient and predictable unit acquisition. Your role will involve overseeing partner performance and ensuring seamless alignment between Flex and vendor organizations.
You will report directly to the PMC Revenue Leader, collaborating closely with various teams to design data-driven operating rhythms that enhance performance. Your analytical skills will be crucial in optimizing sales strategies and ensuring that the company meets its growth objectives. You will also be responsible for influencing internal stakeholders and external partners to align with Flex's mission and goals.
Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability within the sales team. You will work to ensure that all team members are equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed. By leveraging your experience in scaled sales motions, you will help drive the company’s growth trajectory and enhance its market position.
