You are an experienced legal professional with a strong background in commercial and technology law, particularly in the SaaS industry. With over 5 years of experience, you have a proven track record of negotiating complex agreements and providing strategic legal advice to support business growth. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory issues relevant to technology transactions.
Experience in the AI or customer experience sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with international legal frameworks. You are proactive in identifying potential legal risks and providing solutions that align with business objectives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.
As a Senior Legal Counsel at NICE, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of the CXone Mpower platform.
