Job Description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic leader to join our APAC Global Store team as a Senior Program Manager. In this role, you will drive business growth initiatives and explore new opportunities across APAC Global Store operations while working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives to identify and capitalize on unique market opportunities across APAC Global Store markets
- Partner with key stakeholders across source countries to develop and execute comprehensive business plans, including deals sourcing, vendor funding, and inventory optimization
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to prioritize business requirements and scale operations effectively
- Define and implement marketing initiatives to enhance Global Store customer engagement and market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholder teams and external partners

- Demonstrates strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excels in managing complex projects in ambiguous environments
- Possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Shows ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
- Adapts quickly to changing business priorities and market conditions
- Takes initiative in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities

- Experience working with technical teams to design and develop concepts in customer-facing products with deep customer obsession
- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs
- Competency with internet and mobile technologies with a high degree of curiosity to learn new knowledge- MBA
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment
- Experience with SQL a plus
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
