Contentsquare is seeking a People Technology Lead to serve as a Workday technical expert within the People Operations & Technology team. You'll be responsible for architecting system configurations, developing integrations, and leading reporting frameworks. This role requires deep expertise in Workday and related technologies.
You have extensive experience in Workday, serving as a technical expert who understands the intricacies of system configurations and integrations. Your background includes a deep understanding of Workday security architecture, including domain security and role-based security, which allows you to design secure and efficient processes. You are proficient in managing Workday tenant environments and have experience with configuration migration and release management processes. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
You possess strong problem-solving skills and can lead technical discussions with stakeholders from various departments, including IT, Finance, and Legal. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner makes you an effective partner in achieving organizational goals. Experience with advanced reporting frameworks and analytics within Workday is a plus.
