Overview

SageSure is seeking a Corporate Events Manager to oversee the planning and execution of internal corporate events. You'll manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and coordinate logistics for events in Cincinnati. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in event management.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in event management, with experience in planning and executing corporate events from inception to completion. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring every detail is accounted for. You are adept at financial management, including budget development and reconciliation, and have experience negotiating contracts with vendors to secure the best deals for your events. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with internal teams to support the execution of large company offsites and other significant gatherings. Your creativity shines through in your ability to brainstorm and source unique experiences that enhance the overall event experience. You are comfortable serving as a liaison with vendors and ensuring that all event logistics, from food and beverage to audiovisual equipment, are flawlessly executed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the planning and execution of internal corporate events, ensuring that each event aligns with the company's goals and culture. You will generate innovative event ideas and prepare detailed budgets to manage costs effectively. Your responsibilities will include identifying suitable venues, negotiating contracts, and coordinating all aspects of event logistics, including catering, supplies, and décor. You will lead the financial management of event budgets, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and reconciled post-event. Additionally, you will manage the coordination of event timelines and checklists, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the planning process. You will also maintain an internal events calendar to ensure that all events are well-organized and communicated across the company. As part of your role, you will support the planning and execution of external events and trade shows as needed, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful outcomes.
