Uber is seeking a Payment Partnerships Lead to manage relationships with payment partners in Turkey. You'll work closely with local PSPs, banks, and internal teams to enhance payment solutions. This role requires deep payments expertise and strong stakeholder management skills.
You have extensive experience in payments, particularly within the Turkish market, and possess a deep understanding of local payment systems and providers. Your existing relationships with local PSPs, acquirers, and banks will be invaluable as you navigate the complexities of the payments ecosystem. You excel in relationship management, ensuring that partnerships are nurtured and aligned with Uber's strategic goals. You are adept at working cross-functionally, collaborating with teams in Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Operations to drive local initiatives and support launches. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and resolve issues promptly makes you a key player in the organization.
Experience in managing partnerships in a fast-paced environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the rides and eats sectors. A background in financial services or technology will enhance your ability to contribute to Uber's mission of delivering world-class payment experiences.
In this role, you will own the relationship management for Uber's payment partners in Turkey, acting as the primary point of contact for local PSPs, banks, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective governance, and resolving any issues that arise. Your expertise will guide local launches and expansions, helping to enhance Uber's payment solutions and improve user experiences.
