What you'll do

As the VP of Business Systems Engineering, you will lead a diverse team responsible for managing HubSpot's People, Legal, and Finance systems. You will oversee the administration of critical platforms such as ServiceNow and Workday, ensuring they are optimized for performance and usability. Your role will involve defining the strategy for generative AI tooling and transformation enablement, guiding the organization in adopting innovative solutions that enhance productivity.

You will collaborate closely with Business Systems Analysts, Program Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver strategic automations that streamline workflows across the company. Your leadership will be crucial in running the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence, where you will drive the development of workflows and automations that support teams company-wide.

In addition, you will manage the integration of AI technologies into business processes, ensuring that tools like ChatGPT and Claude are effectively utilized to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for overseeing the company's frontier LLM access strategy, ensuring that employees have the necessary resources to leverage these advanced technologies.
