Who you are

You are an early-career sales professional with a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in sales or business development. You possess a genuine enthusiasm for technology and the ability to understand technical concepts, which allows you to effectively communicate with prospective customers. Your determination and courage to succeed drive you to build a career in technology sales, and you have a track record of consistent, measurable over-achievement in your past experiences. You are customer-centric, always striving to provide a great experience for Databricks' prospective customers, and you are eager to learn and develop your skills in solution selling, particularly in the realms of Big Data and AI.

What you'll do

In this role, you will represent Databricks to prospective customers, partnering with the wider sales team to develop territory strategies and build a robust sales pipeline. You will help identify potential use cases for Databricks' solutions, driving adoption within customer and prospect accounts. Your responsibilities will include maintaining active inbound and outbound communications with prospects through creative follow-up methods such as personalized emails, cold calling, and social selling. You will be part of a dynamic team where your contributions will help scale a game-changing enterprise software company, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the budding regional team.
