Zenoti is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives in the payments and fintech space. You'll be responsible for driving product strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in the payments or fintech sectors, with at least 5 years of experience leading product initiatives. Your excellent communication and presentation skills enable you to effectively engage with customers and senior executives alike. You possess strong problem-solving abilities, allowing you to navigate complex challenges and develop innovative solutions that drive business success.
Your experience includes working with cross-functional teams, where you have successfully collaborated with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver impactful products. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable analyzing metrics to inform product strategy. You are passionate about creating user-centric solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive retention.
Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-based software solutions. You are adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your leadership skills enable you to mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team culture.
As a Senior Product Manager at Zenoti, you will own the product roadmap for our payments solutions, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Collaborating closely with engineering and design teams, you will define product requirements and prioritize features that deliver maximum value to our customers.
