What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that leverage Hibu's digital marketing offerings. Your role will involve both in-field work and home office responsibilities, allowing you to manage your time effectively while maximizing your sales potential.

You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in your role. You will also have access to ongoing support from your team and the company, helping you to continuously improve your sales techniques and product knowledge.

Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, and you will have the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses based on your performance.
