Hootsuite is seeking an Account Manager to maintain relationships with existing customers and drive renewals and upsells. You'll leverage your commercial skills to manage a high volume of accounts in Mexico City. This role requires strong customer engagement abilities.
You have experience in account management or customer success, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You excel at maintaining relationships and understand the importance of customer engagement in driving renewals and upsells. Your commercial skillset allows you to identify growth opportunities and provide valuable insights to customers. You are comfortable working in a hybrid role and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value. You are proactive in your approach and can manage a high volume of accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction. You are results-driven and understand the metrics that matter in account management.
In this role, you will maintain day-to-day contact with customers, focusing on driving customer health and experience. You will develop rapport with customers by providing insightful market information and solutions that showcase the benefits of Hootsuite products. Your primary responsibility will be to drive renewals, upsells, and expansion in your accounts by engaging with customers and educating them on Hootsuite’s value proposition. You will provide weekly forecasts and maintain rolling forecasts, monitoring and reporting on account data health. You will contribute to generating team pipeline for upsell opportunities and product add-ons, ensuring that you are consistently adding value to your book of business.
