With a proven track record in project management, you excel at collaborating with sales teams to drive account growth and retention. Your ability to identify and address manufacturing challenges makes you a valuable asset in pre-sales engineering. You have a knack for digesting complex information and organizing it into actionable insights. Your experience includes working closely with account executives to illuminate customer projects and ensure alignment with their initiatives. You thrive in a team-focused environment and are eager to contribute to a dynamic company at the forefront of digital manufacturing. You understand the importance of staying informed about upcoming projects and initiatives to proactively address potential challenges.

Desirable

Experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly with CNC and sheet metal processes, would be a plus. Familiarity with digital marketplaces and their impact on manufacturing growth is also desirable. A background in engineering or a related field will enhance your ability to engage with customers effectively.

You will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide insights that help illuminate major projects. Your responsibilities will include joining account executives on onsite visits to customers when appropriate, ensuring that you are well-informed about their projects and initiatives. You will proactively identify and address potential manufacturing challenges, including design for manufacturability (DFM), to ensure successful project execution.

You will play a critical role in the pre-sales engineering community, collaborating with both sales and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly will be essential as you provide feedback and share knowledge learned from the front lines of the aerospace and defense engineering and manufacturing community. You will also be responsible for organizing and executing major projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.
