🎯 Your Challenge

Define and execute content strategies focused on user experience, prioritizing simplicity and ease of use to communicate messages across different interaction scenarios, mainly in digital interfaces. Ensure consistency between written content and visual/interaction elements aligned with brand identity. Conversational design for voice and AI channels is increasingly relevant in this role.

💡 What You’ll Do

• Design and implement UX content strategies for digital products.
• Create clear, user-centered written content for multiple touchpoints.
• Validate visual and interaction elements for consistency with messaging.
• Collaborate with UX designers and researchers to ensure holistic experiences.
• Engage with stakeholders to validate and sustain content improvements.
• Manage your own time and deliverables using tools and best practices.

🧠 Your Experience

• 2+ years of experience in UX content roles or similar.
• Strong knowledge of UX Design and UX Research fundamentals.
• Experience in analyzing and understanding UX projects.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders and defend content decisions.
• Portfolio and references of UX-related projects (to be submitted with CV).
• Familiarity with conversational design for voice and AI channels.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Advanced English level required (written and spoken).
