Hudl is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to lead their Japan-based sales team. You'll be responsible for driving long-term strategy and achieving significant sales targets. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on customer success.

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, ideally with experience in the SaaS industry. You understand the nuances of the Japanese market and have a strong ability to coach and develop sales teams. Your strategic mindset allows you to set ambitious targets and drive your team towards achieving them. You are passionate about sports and understand how technology can enhance athletic performance. You are results-oriented and have a history of exceeding sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

As the Regional Director of Sales for Hudl in Japan, you will own the sales targets for your team, focusing on achieving over $7M in annual recurring revenue (ARR) with a goal of 30% growth year over year. You will lead a team of four sales professionals, providing coaching and support to help them succeed in their roles. You will develop and implement strategies to drive new business and ensure customer retention, working closely with other departments to align on goals and initiatives. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine your approach and ensure that Hudl remains a leader in sports technology. You will represent Hudl at industry events and build relationships with key stakeholders in the sports community. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the future of Hudl's presence in Japan.
