What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Mapping team at Lyft, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of mapping solutions that enhance user experiences across all Lyft products. You will lead a team of talented engineers, guiding them through the technical challenges of building and maintaining a robust mapping infrastructure. You will work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define the roadmap for mapping initiatives, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user needs and business objectives. In addition to technical leadership, you will be responsible for performance management, conducting regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback and support their professional development.
