Clutch is seeking a Director of Construction to oversee all construction and property development within their facilities portfolio. You'll manage multi-site projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget requirements are met. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills.
You have extensive experience in construction management, with a proven track record of overseeing large-scale projects from inception to completion. Your background includes coordinating with various stakeholders, including vendors and contractors, to ensure that all aspects of construction meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You are adept at managing budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints. You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to guide teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence drive you to achieve outstanding results in every project you undertake.
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sectors is a plus, as it will provide you with valuable insights into the specific challenges and requirements of Clutch's construction projects.
