Cresta is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager for their AI Agent team in APAC. You'll create and optimize AI Agents to enhance customer interactions. This role requires strong product management skills and a focus on customer value.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in AI or machine learning technologies. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively engage with senior customer executives to understand their needs and deliver value. You are adept at leading cross-functional teams and have a knack for project leadership, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet customer expectations. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about leveraging AI to transform customer experiences.
Experience in the contact center industry or familiarity with AI-driven solutions would be a plus. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering results. A background in data analysis or user research would also be beneficial, as it will help you make informed decisions based on customer insights.
As the Forward Deployed Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating, deploying, and optimizing AI Agents that enhance customer interactions. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that the AI solutions meet customer needs and drive business value. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and feedback, which will inform product development and enhancements.
