In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of Stripe's early-stage university programs. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for new university hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates. You will organize and lead on-campus events to attract top talent and drive a strong candidate pipeline. You will work closely with Stripe's engineering organization to understand their needs and align recruiting efforts accordingly. You will build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to recruiting. You will also manage the global internship program, providing guidance and support to interns throughout their experience at Stripe.
