What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of Stripe's early-stage university programs. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for new university hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates. You will organize and lead on-campus events to attract top talent and drive a strong candidate pipeline. You will work closely with Stripe's engineering organization to understand their needs and align recruiting efforts accordingly. You will build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to recruiting. You will also manage the global internship program, providing guidance and support to interns throughout their experience at Stripe. Your role will involve continuous iteration on recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
