Nebius AI is seeking an Advanced IT Data Center Technician to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues in their Paris data center. You'll work with Linux and networking technologies to ensure optimal performance. This role requires technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
You have a strong background in IT support, particularly in data center environments, where you've developed your troubleshooting skills to solve complex hardware issues. Your experience includes working with servers and understanding the intricacies of hardware problem management. You are proactive in addressing L1/L2 tasks and are comfortable using ticket systems to manage your workload. Collaboration is key for you, as you work closely with L3 Technicians to improve service level agreements through complex diagnostics. You also have a basic understanding of networking tasks, which allows you to provide comprehensive support in your role.
Experience with documentation and training materials is a plus, as you will be involved in updating processes for the IT hardware team. Familiarity with advanced troubleshooting techniques and a passion for technology will help you thrive in this position.
