What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will be responsible for building relationships and understanding client needs to provide tailored solutions. Your role will involve both in-field work and home office tasks, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed. You will also have the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses based on your performance, contributing to your overall earnings.

What we offer

Hibu provides a competitive base salary of $43,000, with on-target earnings in your first year between $90,000 and $100,000, and potential for even higher earnings in subsequent years.
