You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the logistics or supply chain industry — your experience has equipped you with the skills to build and maintain strong client relationships. You understand the complexities of global trade and are passionate about helping clients navigate their supply chain challenges. You are a strategic thinker who can identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly to stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the impact of your work on clients' success. As an Account Manager at Flexport, you will be responsible for developing and launching innovative solutions that address the needs of our largest and most complex global Freight Forwarding clients. You will focus on accelerating the growth of all services across the Flexport Portfolio, including Air, Ocean, Cross-border, Trade Advisory, Customs, and Control Tower. Partnering with our global sales teams in the US, Europe, and APAC, you will identify expansion opportunities and work collaboratively to implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth. You will proactively manage client accounts, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are aware of the full range of services Flexport offers. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide insights that help them optimize their supply chain operations. You will also play a key role in defining new targets in the LATAM region, contributing to the overall business strategy and growth objectives of Flexport.
