Tanium is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to lead enterprise software sales and generate opportunities within assigned territories. This role requires significant experience in managing complex sales cycles and exceeding quotas.
You have significant enterprise software sales experience, generating and closing large and complex software transactions with the biggest customers in the region. You are comfortable engaging with C-level executives and have a proven track record of exceeding quotas. Your strong team mentality means you understand that selling is a team sport, and you excel at managing and utilizing virtual resources to tackle large and complex sales cycles.
You are adept at articulating the value of technology solutions to decision-makers and can expertly manage the complex sales cycle. Your ability to nurture and develop relationships within assigned territories and accounts is key to your success. You are also skilled at conducting online webinars or in-person presentations to generate qualified leads, ensuring a healthy pipeline management.
As the Director of Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for generating opportunities to position the Tanium platform within your assigned territory and accounts. You will articulate the value of the Tanium platform to decision-makers and manage the sales cycle effectively. Your role will involve nurturing relationships with C-suite executives and presenting the value of the Tanium platform to them.
You will work closely with the Partner and Marketing teams to define and support prospecting and sales efforts within your assigned territory. Accurately forecasting and maintaining excellent SFDC hygiene will be part of your responsibilities. You will also conduct online webinars or in-person presentations to generate qualified leads and travel as needed to meet with clients.
