What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to strengthen Carvana's presence in Augusta. Your shifts will vary, requiring flexibility to work from 7am to 9pm, including weekends. You will be part of a performance-based program that allows you to grow your earnings based on your contributions and success.
