What you'll do

In your role as a Health Informatics Solution Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the Qualitrac application across various Medicaid and Commercial contracts. You will act as a subject matter expert, providing operational support and ensuring that all documentation and user guides are up to date and accessible. Your role will involve conducting product validation to ensure the application meets the necessary standards and developing process materials that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with team members to address any technical issues that arise, utilizing your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be crucial as you interact with various stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the support they require.
