Telligen is seeking a Health Informatics Solution Coordinator to manage and support the Qualitrac application for Medicaid and Commercial contracts. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong problem-solving skills.
You have experience in a specialized technical support role, ideally with a focus on health informatics or similar applications. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office is complemented by strong problem-solving capabilities and exceptional customer service skills. You understand the importance of meticulous attention to detail and possess excellent communication abilities, enabling you to manage multiple priorities effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Prior experience with the Qualitrac platform is highly valuable, as it will enhance your ability to provide operational support and maintain documentation and user guides. You thrive in environments that require you to conduct product validation and develop process materials, showcasing your ability to adapt and learn quickly.
In your role as a Health Informatics Solution Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the Qualitrac application across various Medicaid and Commercial contracts. You will act as a subject matter expert, providing operational support and ensuring that all documentation and user guides are up to date and accessible. Your role will involve conducting product validation to ensure the application meets the necessary standards and developing process materials that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
