What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Roku, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires. You will partner closely with hiring leaders across the Devices, Product, and Technology teams, understanding their needs and helping them build high-performing teams. You will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels including social media, networking events, and industry conferences. You will conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring that candidates not only meet the technical requirements but also align with Roku's culture and values. You will provide a seamless and positive candidate experience, keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process. You will also analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting process.
