Overview

Heetch is seeking a Head of People & Talent Acquisition to define and run the People strategy while supporting leaders and enhancing employee experience. This role requires solid experience in Talent Acquisition and team management.

Who you are

You have solid experience in Talent Acquisition and have successfully managed teams in the past. You are comfortable owning a broad People leadership scope and have a strong cultural awareness, particularly in international environments. Your ability to define and run a People strategy aligned with business priorities is crucial, as is your commitment to maintaining a strong and sustainable company culture. You thrive in environments where you can be hands-on, especially in key Talent Acquisition topics, including senior and executive hiring. You understand the importance of employee experience and are dedicated to improving processes across the employee lifecycle.

Desirable

Experience in leading learning and development initiatives, including mentoring and manager development, is a plus. You are familiar with engagement surveys and feedback loops, and you can turn insights into actionable strategies. Your background in overseeing office management and organizing internal events will help foster a collaborative work environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and own the People strategy at Heetch, ensuring it aligns with business priorities and the company culture. You will be hands-on with recruitment, particularly for senior and executive roles, while leading the People & Talent Acquisition team. Your responsibilities will include continuously improving all People processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, performance management, and feedback systems. You will lead initiatives that promote learning and development, ensuring that employees have opportunities for growth and mentorship. Additionally, you will oversee engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms, translating insights into concrete actions that enhance the employee experience. You will also drive culture initiatives and company-wide rituals that strengthen team dynamics and collaboration.
