What you'll do

As the General Manager, you will be the primary leader for the ADESA site, responsible for driving the auction's success through effective leadership and strategic planning. You will identify opportunities for business growth and regularly meet with customers to understand their needs and enhance their experience. Your role will involve setting the tone for the customer and employee experience, ensuring that both are aligned with the company's values. You will execute strategies that support financial performance and company initiatives, working closely with the Regional Director to achieve these goals. Additionally, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
