Job Description

This role is an individual contributor role based in our São Paulo corporate office and is for a passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed person.
Amazon aims to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and in the most cost-effective way as possible. In this way, Amazon Brazil Supply Chain & Integration Team is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong focus on delivering results, to manage and execute the Brazil Network speed planning and management, working closely with Delivery Experience team, transportation and all the operations teams across the country, focused on FC channels.
The successful candidate will be able to create, develop, prioritize and drive solutions that result in promise-speed improvement actions, always focusing on customers' experience. This position is focused on short term activities, closely working in operations and daily actions.

Key job responsibilities
•Daily deep dive on root causes to qhich might deteriorate speed, looking for requirements to improve Customer Experience (CX) in alignment with business North Star and goals
•Understand and support a speed improvement plan for all channels in BR building requirements that will be connected with all operations miles and nodes (fulfillment centers, Sort centers, delivery stations, etc.)
• Develop tools and mechanisms to bridge all speed improvements goals
• Work to connect fulfillment and transportation plan in each mile, to optimize Cost to Serve costs on each channel.
• Develop reports to communicate speed results, as well as analyze the results of each area which may affect speed performance
• Support write strategic documents that clearly communicate the supply chain vision to senior leadership- Program or project management experience
- Working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Fluent in Portuguese and Advanced English- Driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
