What you'll do

As a Software Engineer in the BCI Applications Team, you will take the lead in developing software systems that allow users to control devices with their minds. You will work closely with clinical trial participants to gather requirements and iterate on software features based on their feedback. Your role will involve designing new functionalities for brain-computer interfaces and creating novel user interfaces that enhance the user experience. You will also be responsible for testing and validating the software to ensure it meets the high standards expected by users. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key, as you will need to integrate insights from design engineering and machine learning to create effective solutions. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence within the team.
