Reflection is seeking a Strategy & Operations Generalist to help scale operations and drive high-priority projects across the company. You'll partner with various teams to build scalable processes and support strategic planning. This role requires a strategic mindset and execution-oriented approach.
You have a strong background in operations and strategy, ideally with experience in fast-paced environments where you have successfully driven cross-functional initiatives. You are both strategic and execution-oriented, able to think big picture while also being a builder at heart. Your ability to partner closely with leadership and various teams will be key to your success in this role. You thrive in collaborative settings and are comfortable navigating complex projects that require insights and frameworks to guide decision-making.
Experience in the AI or tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with market analysis, automation, and partnerships. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly as priorities shift, ensuring that you remain focused on the company's mission and objectives.
