You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, including Partner Strategy, Product, and Engineering.

Desirable

Experience in the real estate sector or familiarity with carbon data management is a plus, but not mandatory. You are based in New York or San Francisco and have the necessary work authorization to operate in the U.S. You are adaptable and willing to work in the office 3-4 days a week, contributing to a dynamic team culture.

What you'll do

As a Data Analyst at Cambio, you will own the end-to-end process of data validation, transformation, and quality assurance for some of the world’s largest real estate portfolios. You will be responsible for ensuring that the data powering our analytics and AI-driven recommendations is of the highest integrity. Your role will involve writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data, using Python for analysis and validation, and building repeatable workflows that scale effectively. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that the data meets the needs of our partners and supports our mission of achieving net zero by 2050.

You will also engage in problem-solving activities, tackling complex data challenges and contributing to the development of our utility data and building systems platform. Your insights will help shape the direction of our product offerings and enhance the value we provide to our customers. You will be part of a fast-growing startup environment, where your contributions will directly impact our mission and the success of our clients.

What we offer

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes cash, equity, and benefits. The base pay for candidates based in New York or San Francisco ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually. You will have the opportunity to work in a mission-oriented environment, surrounded by a team that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the climate.
