Axonius is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to lead sales efforts in Northern California, targeting large enterprise organizations. You'll develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy while utilizing value-based selling methodologies. This role requires 10+ years of sales experience.
You have over 10 years of success in sales, particularly in engaging with large enterprise organizations. Your experience has equipped you with a strong work ethic and a relentless drive to exceed revenue targets. You thrive in a high-output environment and demonstrate ownership of your territory, executing with precision and urgency.
You excel in building and nurturing strong partnerships, particularly with channel and security/IT vendors. Your ability to leverage these relationships accelerates growth and enhances your sales strategy. You are familiar with value-based selling methodologies and frameworks such as MEDDPIC, ensuring that you align business value with customer needs effectively.
Your proficiency in maintaining high-quality hygiene in Salesforce and Clari is evident. You consistently provide insightful updates, strategic next steps for active opportunities, and accurate forecasting with realistic close dates. You understand the importance of accountability in achieving activity goals and performance benchmarks.
Experience in the IT and security sectors is a plus, as it allows you to better understand the complex challenges faced by major customers. Familiarity with sales engagement tools and methodologies will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.
In this pivotal role, you will lead sales efforts across the Northern California region, targeting large enterprise organizations with over 10,000 employees. You will develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy designed to deliver a 4x pipeline relative to quota. Your focus will be on measurable outcomes, holding yourself accountable to activity goals and performance benchmarks.
You will collaborate closely with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive value-based sales engagements. Your ability to qualify and advance opportunities using value-based selling methodologies will be crucial in solving complex IT and security challenges for major customers.
