Overview

Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Manager for their Retail Business Services team to lead innovation for brand owners. You have extensive experience in product management, ideally with a focus on retail or e-commerce. You possess a deep understanding of customer experience and have successfully led product initiatives that drive business growth. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively makes you a respected leader among your peers. You are skilled at influencing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders towards common goals. You thrive in environments that require high judgment and strategic thinking, ensuring that the right leaders are involved in critical decisions. You are passionate about leveraging customer feedback to inform product development and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desirable

Experience with data-driven decision-making and familiarity with tools that enhance customer experience would be beneficial. A background in developing self-help tools or recommendation systems is a plus. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on long-term objectives.

What you'll do

As the Principal Product Manager for Retail Business Services, you will own the vision and long-term roadmap for the Brand Experience initiative. You will lead the development of innovative products and self-help tools designed to empower brands in the Amazon store. Your role will involve defining goals, prioritizing features based on customer value, and preparing go-to-market strategies for your product portfolio.
