Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in delivering high voltage (HV) and medium voltage (MV) infrastructure projects, demonstrating a strong technical understanding of critical infrastructure components such as substations, cables, and overhead lines. Your background includes managing complex projects from design through to energization, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently and effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with diverse teams including design engineering, construction, planning, environmental, and real estate teams. Your ability to manage stakeholders at various levels, including senior management and directors, is a key strength that you bring to the role. You are results-oriented and thrive under tight deadlines, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.

Experience in standardizing processes and developing tools for project delivery execution is a plus. Familiarity with financial budgeting and reporting on project risks and issues will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
