Carvana is seeking a 2nd Shift Paintless Dent Repair Technician to join their team in University Park, Illinois. You'll utilize your automotive PDR experience to repair vehicle panels using advanced techniques. This role offers a competitive hourly wage and a $4,000 bonus.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your ability to access panels and effectively use glue-pulling techniques. Your expertise includes repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, showcasing your skill in handling various materials. You are committed to delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction through your work. You understand the importance of using state-of-the-art tools and techniques in a high-tech environment, and you are eager to contribute to a fast-growing company like Carvana.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be considered a plus. You are open to learning and growing within the company, taking advantage of training programs offered for entry-level positions. As a Mid-Level PDR Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing paintless dent repairs on a variety of vehicles. You will access panels and utilize glue-pulling techniques to repair dents, ensuring that the vehicles meet Carvana's high standards for quality and appearance. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, using advanced tools to deliver exceptional results. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repairs.
You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Your attention to detail will be crucial in identifying and addressing any issues that may arise during the repair process. You will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and development programs, allowing you to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.
