You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your ability to access panels and effectively use glue-pulling techniques. Your expertise includes repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, showcasing your skill in handling various materials. You are committed to delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction through your work. What you'll do

As a Mid-Level PDR Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing paintless dent repairs on a variety of vehicles. You will access panels and utilize glue-pulling techniques to repair dents, ensuring that the vehicles meet Carvana's high standards for quality and appearance. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, using advanced tools to deliver exceptional results. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repairs.

You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Your attention to detail will be crucial in identifying and addressing any issues that may arise during the repair process.
