Job Description

We are the AMX Learn team, responsible for building employee experiences that teach and reinforce Amazon's unique Day 1 culture. We create technology solutions powered by AI that enable Amazonians to take quick actions and complete training efficiently, allowing them to spend less time in product and more time delivering for customers.

AMX Learn is transforming how Amazonians find and complete training to upskill or meet compliance requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager - Technical to join our team and drive the strategy and roadmap for Amazon Learn.

The ideal candidate is:

- Skilled at creating simple solutions for complex problems
- Committed to inventing new ways to delight customers
- Obsessed with delivering for millions of customers

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and drive the long-term product strategy and roadmap for our product.
- Lead requirements analysis and documentation for new features and enhancements.
- Define and prioritize product capabilities based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Create detailed product specifications and user stories for engineering teams.
- Work closely with engineering teams during development, testing, and release.
- Drive go-to-market planning and positioning.
- Represent product needs and roadmaps with executive leadership.
- Monitor industry and competitive trends and incorporate into product plans.
- Define success criteria, goals, and metrics for your initiative.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product- Master's degree in a technical field
- Previous experience in any of the following:
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Delivering education or training programs at scale
