Who you are

You are an ambitious and organized professional who loves working with prospective customers and bringing in sales leads. As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you understand the importance of making a positive first impression and are driven to excel in your role. What you'll do

In this role, you will qualify inbound leads to pass on high-quality meetings to the Sales team based on defined criteria. You will respond to customer inquiries and assist in qualifying and scheduling sales meetings. Additionally, you will help follow up with marketing-generated warm leads and drive attendance to Lattice events, conferences, and webinars. Your responsibilities will also include managing your time effectively to meet productivity goals and delivering an extraordinary experience for prospects considering Lattice and other performance management solutions.
