You have a strong background in workplace health and safety, with experience in implementing safety programs and conducting audits. Your expertise allows you to drive comprehensive safety initiatives that protect employees and promote a proactive safety culture. You are skilled in delivering engaging safety training that resonates with associates and fosters a commitment to safety excellence. You understand the importance of data-driven strategies in enhancing workplace safety and are dedicated to continuous improvement initiatives that maintain operational efficiency.

You are a natural advocate for associate safety, building relationships and influencing positive change within the organization. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams enables you to champion safety initiatives and ensure that safety standards are not just met but exceeded. You are passionate about creating an environment where safety and productivity thrive together, and you are committed to making a lasting impact on the workplace culture.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in logistics or warehousing, is a plus. Familiarity with safety regulations and standards applicable to the industry will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. What you'll do
