You have experience in an operational and customer-facing role, ideally within a fast-paced environment or hospitality and luxury services. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset, enabling you to thrive in a dynamic environment. You are comfortable being the first point of contact for chauffeurs and can handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring smooth office operations and support for the team. You are eager to gain hands-on experience in operations management and contribute to the growth of Wheely.
As an Administrative Coordinator at Wheely, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our chauffeur community. You will manage the office reception desk and be the first point of contact for chauffeurs visiting our academy. Your responsibilities will include supporting the operations team in the onboarding process, handling document checks, and providing accreditation assistance. You will take ownership of chauffeur issues, following problems through to resolution or escalation. Additionally, you will facilitate amenity distribution among our chauffeurs and coordinate the back-office operations of Wheely Academy. You will also support events and special projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
