What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of Achievers' website, leading the development efforts to ensure it meets the needs of the business and its users. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to create a seamless user experience, focusing on speed, security, and modern design principles. Your responsibilities will include improving the usability of the internal CMS, enabling marketing teams to efficiently manage content and campaigns.

You will also be responsible for building stable and efficient workflows that support the ongoing development and maintenance of the website. This includes setting technical standards, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that the website remains competitive and effective in achieving business goals.
