AppDirect is hiring an Order Coordinator to manage and triage customer inquiries and support processes. You'll ensure accurate data routing and maintain service levels for internal and external customers. This role is ideal for those looking to start their career in customer operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, triaging their inquiries and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate resources. You will manage omnichannel inquiries, utilizing internal protocols to maintain defined service level agreements. You will leverage a ticketing system to assign inquiries to specific teams, ensuring that high-priority requests are identified and escalated as necessary. Your responsibilities will include organizing and managing data related to customer inquiries and ensuring that all information is complete and accurate.
