Brex is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to engage with enterprise business prospects and demonstrate their AI-powered spend platform. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to address technical objections.
You have a proven track record in solution consulting, particularly within enterprise environments, where you've successfully engaged with business prospects to understand their needs and requirements. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner has made you a trusted advisor to clients. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
You possess a strong understanding of financial technology and corporate spending solutions, which allows you to effectively demonstrate the value of Brex's offerings. Your experience in preparing and presenting product demonstrations has equipped you with the skills to address and overcome technical objections that may arise during the sales process. You are passionate about helping businesses optimize their spending and improve efficiency through innovative solutions.
Experience with AI-powered platforms or financial services is a plus, as is familiarity with corporate cards, banking, and global payments. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies, which will help you stay ahead in this rapidly evolving industry.
As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Brex, you will play a critical role in the sales process by engaging with enterprise business prospects to discover and assess their requirements. You will prepare and present demonstrations of the Empower platform, showcasing its capabilities and how it can address the specific needs of potential clients. Your expertise will be essential in addressing and overcoming any technical objections that arise throughout the business process, ensuring that prospects feel confident in their decision to partner with Brex.
You will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and develop strategies for acquiring new customers. Building strong relationships with current customers will also be a key focus, as you work to enhance their experience with Brex's solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust will be vital in fostering these relationships and driving customer success.
In addition to your direct interactions with clients, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of Brex's solutions by providing feedback and insights based on your experiences in the field. Your input will help shape the future of the Empower platform and ensure that it meets the evolving needs of businesses.
