What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the engineering team responsible for developing and maintaining the platform that powers Earnin's suite of products. You will own the platform roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with the company's strategic goals and delivers value to users. Your responsibilities will include setting clear objectives for the team, tracking progress, and adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure that engineering efforts are aligned with user needs. Your role will involve overseeing the technical execution of projects, providing guidance and support to your team as they tackle complex engineering challenges.

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will also be responsible for hiring and developing top engineering talent, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability within the team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the engineering practices and processes that drive the success of the organization.

Earnin offers a competitive salary range of $267,000 to $326,000, along with equity and benefits. You will have the flexibility to work fully remote within the United States or hybrid from our Mountain View HQ.
